Medicare Sales Agent - Remote

First-year AMP Agents typically earn $50,000 to $75,000, with top performers earning over $100,000.

Role:

Act as a Medicare insurance expert.
Access leading carriers like Humana, Anthem, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and more.
Help customers find the best insurance plans.
Manage inbound calls and participate in outbound efforts.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate and address customer insurance needs over the phone.
Sell various health insurance plans and products.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Acquire and convey comprehensive knowledge of insurance products.
Assist customers through the policy selection and application process.

Requirements:

Hold a valid, active health insurance agent license.
Have at least one year of Medicare sales experience and experience with one Annual Enrollment Period.
Maintain productivity and meet call metrics.
Exhibit excellent communication skills.
Be coachable and committed to continuous improvement.
Have a flexible schedule, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15 - Dec 7).
Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure privacy and confidentiality.
Be proficient with computers, including MS Office.
