Position: Remote Independent life and/or health Insurance Producer
Location: Remote (Work from anywhere in the U.S.)

Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
Consultative Sales: Conduct needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and insurance needs, then recommend suitable insurance solutions to meet customers' needs and budgets.
Build & Maintain Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, educate potential customers about life insurance with living benefits, health insurance, and annuities options and ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed the sales targets and performance metrics that you set for your own self.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for remote work.
Licensing: Must hold an active life and/or health insurance license. Priority state license : Arizona State.
Requirements:
Bilingual Candidates: English- Chinese/ Vietnamese/Thai/ Malay/ Korean/ Japanese/ Tagalog/ Spanish, & etc.
