We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Health Insurance Sales Agent/Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our clients in selecting and enrolling in suitable health insurance plans, as well as providing top-notch customer service. **Responsibilities:**

- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their health insurance needs.
- Educate clients on the various health insurance plans available and help them make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with the application and enrollment process.
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, processing paperwork, and preparing reports.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in health insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must hold or be willing to obtain appropriate state insurance licenses.
