The staffing sales business development Manager will be directly responsible for the acquisition and capture of temporary labor accounts. The sales director will be responsible for identifying and vetting companies that may have a need for staffing services. The sales director will be responsible for all of customer communication, follow-up,
and subsequent proposal preparation for securing the said account.
Sales directory will be responsible for all of the marketing direct and via social media that would locate and secure talents that would fit the customer requirements. The sales director will serve as a point of contact for issues that may arise during the life of the contract. And be responsible for rectifying any issues that the customer may feel that is transparent doing the contract period.
