As a Nexa Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. You'll build strong client relationships, guide them through the loan process, and leverage our extensive product portfolio and innovative technology to close loans efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.
Assess the borrower's financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
Guide clients through the loan application process seamlessly.
Stay informed on industry trends, loan products, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize Nexa's technology platforms for lead management, loan origination, and compliance.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or Loan Originator.
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license (NMLS) required.
Strong knowledge of various loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, jumbo).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
