Key Responsibilities:

Client Interactions: Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and Zoom meetings, ensuring a positive experience and building strong, lasting relationships.

Marketing & Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s services, including digital advertising, email campaigns, and content creation.

Social Media Management: Uphold and maintain professional social media platforms, including responding to inquiries, posting updates, and engaging with followers to build brand awareness.

Networking: Actively network with potential clients, business partners, and other industry professionals to create new opportunities and expand the company’s reach.

Client Information Management: Handle clients' personal information with the utmost care and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with all relevant privacy policies and regulations.

Self-Development: Attend online courses and classes to further develop your skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing, client relations, and industry knowledge.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute effective marketing strategies and enhance client engagement.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as updating client records, scheduling meetings, and managing communications as needed.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients confidently and professionally.

Experience: Previous experience in marketing, client relations, or sales is preferred, but not required. Experience handling social media accounts is a plus.

Self-Driven: Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online tools, including Zoom for meetings, CRM systems for managing client information, and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
