Customer service roles vary
Life producer agent or life insurance broker sells life insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
Investment advisor becomes licensed with SIE, Series 6 & 63 ( for some states), and other states mortgage licensed after securities /investment licensed.
Responsibilities include:
Customer service: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and monitoring client accounts.
Sales: Promoting the sale of insurance products, developing leads, and contacting clients to market insurance products.
Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate sales.
Policy processing: Negotiating and processing insurance policies.
Research: Researching and analyzing customer needs to suggest suitable insurance coverage.
Record keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all sales.
Financial data: Gathering pertinent financial data from clients.
Representative is able to prospect and contact via phone and face-to-face to market insurance products. You will service existing clients and conduct annual reviews and seek opportunities to present products to enhance their insurance portfolio.
Flexible part time and full time positions and room for growth.
An ideal candidate will have a GED or H.S. diploma, be licensed or open to getting licensed to discuss and educate about firm’s financial services, including in life insurance in the state they reside in, is coachable as they will be mentored by successful field trainers.
