Job Responsibilities:
Educate clients on life insurance products and help them choose the best coverage for their needs.
Call leads and build relationships with potential customers through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Conduct needs-based assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Maintain excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Training provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – assistance available).
