This is a remote sales job B2B. You would be reaching out to residential real estate professionals offing them new ways to grow their business online by selling our two product packages.
The Business Development Manager's core responsibilities include:
-New Business Development via Outbound Cold-Calling (50+ Dials Per Day)
-Social Selling & Prospecting via Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
-Text Message & Email Marketing Campaigns
-Inbound Lead Generation Follow Up (Warm Leads)
-Networking & Local Outreach To Real Estate Professionals, Title Companies, Lenders
-CRM Management, Email Automation, Sales Scripts, Call Tracking
This is a Monday through Friday opportunity with the flexibility to start earlier and get off earlier. depending on your time zone and where in the country you're calling.
This opportunity will be a 90 day contract position with the goal to transition to full-time once you've proven yourself through the following SuccessFactors:
1. Ability to schedule 1 demo per day at minimum (5 Per Week)
2. Ability to have your efforts lead to 3 closed sales in 90 days
3. Firm understanding of our product, target market, and use-case benefits
4. Consistent nurture and warm lead pipeline growth (90 contacts in 90 days)
5. Reliable attendance and job training mastery
This role has a pathway to account executive within 6 to 12 months with OTE of $60K+
Contractor must have reliable high speed internet, up-to-date operating system on their laptop and desktop, a quiet place to make phone calls, and be somewhat tech-savy and ability to learn quickly new tools.
