Expertise.com is seeking a National Account Executive - Legal Marketing to help us capitalize on market demand and accelerate our customer acquisition. You are a recognized sales performer looking for your next challenge, and you have the confidence and abilities to grow a National territory.

CORE Qualifications: The essence of who we are looking for.
A Primary Contact for Customer Sales - Titles: Account Executive, Sales Executive, Sales Specialist, Appointment Setters, Business/ Marketing Development Rep (BDR/MDR)
A Sales Closer of New Customers - You have led commercial proposals, negotiating, and closing of Marketing Services contracts to New customers ~ (Advertising, Law Practice Listings, SEO/ Keywords, Demand Gen, Marketing Automation, Leads)
Legal Industry Proficiency - Possess the industry business knowledge and vocabulary to Educate and inform prospects on the value of Marketing Services to Legal Firms.
Performance-driven DNA - Motivated by generous capless commissions (No top limits) atop a competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits.
Outreach Process discipline - Consistent outbound cadence -calls, emails, and social.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY
Research, Identify and prioritize Key accounts to pursue in your sales territory (USA)
Build a sales plan with goals, activities, and target dates to pursue growth-oriented companies that will benefit from Expertise’s Legal Marketing Services.
Convert inbound Law Firm/ Services provider leads into paid listings on Expertise.com
Send proposals to prospects, negotiate, and Close deals (execute signatures)
Achieve or surpass sales and activity metrics. Closed Sales. Pipeline Activities.
Document your sales performance in our CRM/ Sales Apps for the mgmt team.
Requirements -
Minimum two (2) years of VERIFIABLE goals/quota-based sales performance and the ability to discuss your process and successes (confidentially) during our interview process.
Business savvy, with knowledge and nomenclature to ask intelligent questions, break-down complex topics like ROI (Return on Investment), and Consultatively sell marketing services.
Highly developed communication skills and ability to establish internal and external relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Understanding of Cost Per Click (SemRush.com, SpyFu.com, and aHrefs.com a plus)
Bachelor’s degree a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Ability to travel up to 50%.

The role: National Sales Account Executive - Legal Marketing Services

RESPONSIBILITIES (Major Job Obligations)
Collaborate with leadership to align your vision for pursuing and closing deals within the territory, targeted accounts, and targeted partnerships.
Follow-up on incoming leads. Source your leads via outbound prospecting, social selling, networking trade shows, and small business networks.
Establish and nurture relationships with target businesses in your territory.
Research and prospective clients to determine their business needs. Follow the sales process with prospects to ensure successful transitions from leads to clients.
Perform sales/business development activities to meet quarterly targets, including:
Consistently and accurately maintain a pipeline of three (3x) to four times (4x) your quota within the Salesforce.com CRM tool, Salesforce.com.
Lead generation within the assigned geographic territory
Complete prospective client Discovery
Define the value of our solution to leads and prospective clients
Conduct product and ROI demonstrations with ease and proficiency
CLOSE sales deals (Agreements) with signatures of new clients.
Maintain all sales records and updates within the CRM tool and provide reporting to senior leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and upon request
Coordinate RFP responses, pricing and proposals, and other processes regularly.
Participate in team projects that support organizational goals and objectives.
Additional Qualifications
Entrepreneurial aptitude, positive attitude with Startup growth experience.
Bachelor's degree; or Commensurate experience
Must have commercial contracts and negotiation experience.
Successful completion/ certification in sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
Abstract problem solver, able to work in an ambiguous environment.
Ability to self-educate and stay current on best practices and industry standards
