Primary Duties:
Greeting, answering phone calls, scheduling, estimating repairs, procuring parts, and dispatching work.

Qualifications of Service Advisor/Writer:
Happy, positive attitude, passion for helping people, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. A valid Driver’s License is required.
