Inside Sales

We are refractory metal manufacturer located at west of Philadelphia, PA.
We are
looking for experienced, motivated salespersons for both inside and outside selling.
Bilingualism is an asset. Experience with metals is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
 Actively seek opportunities to grow business.
 Generate new business
 Close sales with clients.
 Maintain a proactive relationship with clients on an ongoing basis.
 Meet established performance metrics and quotas.
 Work on any ad hoc projects as needed.
 Travel to trade shows on as needed basis.
 Record activities in CRM program.
 Cold calls
Required Skills:
 Ability to produce results.
 Great organizational skills.
 Self-starter.
 Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
 Ability to manage time effectively.
 Must have a positive attitude
 Resourceful
 Effective in both individual and team scenarios
Education & Experience Requirements:
 Minimum of two years of proven success in a sales environment.
