ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a super motivated, go-getter to help grow our Personal and Corporate Gifting and Online Web Shop. This is an opportunity to fully manage an entire business as you will be responsible for building the Greyston brand and growing revenue, using entrepreneurial drive and creativity to attract and create long lasting relationships with consumers and businesses, especially focusing on expanding the Greyston gifting business. You will leverage savvy marketing web marketing skills to prospect and cultivate new consumers as well as corporate accounts, pursuing new potential customers from multiple industries. You will maintain and manage accounts, as well as existing ones, and will work closely with our Brand Manager on curation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

· Manage Greyston web store and fulfillment operation

· Develop and grow individual and corporate gifting businesses

· Manage daily operations and customer catalogs to ensure up-to-date pricing, offering, etc. is available to customer.

· Partner with Social Media, Fulfillment and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate communication on promotions and key customer initiatives

· Manage/maintain catalogs in internal website and external customer portals.

· Manage/respond to cases and disputes expedited by the customer.

· Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales and profitability metrics. Identify any sales or profitability declines and develop / implement strategies to recover.

· Act as primary contact for customers, post-sales. Responsible for navigating them through the onboarding and implementation process.

· Provide strategic indirect and inside account management / support. Work with Sales and Marketing team to create account content and sales deliverables (playbooks, PowerPoints, etc.).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

3 years' experience in E-Commerce
Gift experience strongly preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Creative and resourceful team player with ability to work both collaboratively independently

· Ability to prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion

· Highly adaptable with strong emotional intelligence, self-motivation, and analytical skills.

· Highly developed communication skills both written and verbal.

· Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with wide array of stakeholders, including staff, external partners and customers.

· Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.

· Position requires initiative and self-motivation, as well as the ability to set priorities, demonstrate good judgment and communicate effectively

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
