Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a result driven Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all job duties.

Sales associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer question and concerns about our products and recommend the right result.

You should also be able to promptly resolve customers complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction and maintain our Stores visual appearance in high standards.

Skills: Basic understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English Basic Math Skills Hands on experience with POS Systems and transactions Solid communication skills. A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Availability to work flexible hours (we are also flexible)Ability to work and perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
