Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 year of experience with development on Mendix, Java, JavaScript.
Experience in design, develop, and test API's (REST, JSON, XML).
Experience & understanding of source control management concepts (things like Git, SVN, TFS, etc)
Understanding of relational database modeling (creating tables, relationships, indexes, etc.)
Mendix RAD Certified.
BA/BS in Computer Science (or technical equivalent).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Experience in developing applications on Mendix platform.
Ability to convert business rules/requirements into application logic.
High-quality documentation of solutions, architectures, and diagrams.
SCRUM project experience preferred.
Root-cause analysis on application issues and design resolutions.
Work with a team or autonomously depending on the needs of the project.
Participate in daily standups, user story refinement, and tuning those stories into highly functional, highly scalable deliverables in the Mendix platform.
Soft skills, such as interfacing with users and stakeholders, are required to be of high caliber.
Ability to solve issues using a logical and analytical approach.
Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines.
Work-from-home with occasional travel required (WFH, Remote).
POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides support in the development and ongoing creation of features using Mendix. As a member of
the team day-to-day responsibilities will include participation in daily standups, user story refinement, and tuning
those stories into highly functional, highly scalable deliverables in the Mendix platform.
