As our Customer Service Representative, you’re there to handle anything, good or bad, for sales representatives, distributors, and dealers that will keep orders on-track and on-time. The customer is everything at Rust-Oleum, and we’re here to take care of them. To thrive in this role, you must have some customer service experience and be willing to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges.

As our Customer Service Representative, each challenge we encounter is a little different.
• Customers to be our number one priority. You’ll learn our standards and make sure we meet them in each interaction.
• A team you can rely on. We trust each other to show up every day and on time.
• Access to a personal work station containing any and all equipment to aid in the meeting of daily metrics.

Required Experience
• 1-3 years customer service/support experience
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience an added plus
• Sound communications skills
• Grace under pressure
• Ability to handle interactions in a diplomatic manner
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with use of PC system for order placement, pricing and distribution and to obtain information relative to customers, orders and products.
