A top Investment Bank is seeking an Office Manager.
Duties include:
Report directly to Executive team and firm leadership on anything related to facilities and general office oversight
Oversee everything related to office (facilities, events, moves, renovations, etc).
Manage 5-7 employees (facilities and all office assistants)
Order office supplies and oversee/prepare expenses for onsite kitchen/facilities inventory, handle expense reporting for executives.
All duties as needed- running errands, etc
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of similar experience in a highly professional setting
