Our Network Engineers:

Design, configure, and implement, networks remotely based on customer requirements and best practices
Create network diagrams and maintain network documentation
Develop troubleshooting procedures
Communicate with customers regarding network designs and incidents
Work closely with Service Managers, Project Managers and other team members to service customers’ implementation and network management needs.
Manage ticket escalations from both NOC and SOC – following through to resolution

You should have knowledge of: (not all required)

Routing and Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRFs, etc.)
Switching (VLANs, Trunking, Spanning Tree, etc.)
VoIP/SIP
SD-WAN
SASE
Firewalls

You must have:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative effort
Mastered routing/switching
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment on multiple issues simultaneously
Good customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience implementing/managing enterprise level networks
