Cprime US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Occasionally, our teams have the option to meet in-person for team meetings, collaboration, or social events.

The Cprime Solutions Architect provides specific delivery skills in your specific area of implementation needs. The Solution Architect is a focused delivery resource to implement high-quality solutions in an iterative manner. This person works closely with the customer to align on solution planning and delivery.

What you will do:
Install, configure, maintain, administer, and enhance Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Desk, and key 3rd party add-ons
Help guide and maintain the organization of data in Jira and Confluence
Work with customers to enable custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports
Create and manage complex components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes
Advise on best practices configuration and recommendations to avoid common pitfalls and challenges
Experience installing and configuring add-ons for Atlassian Products to provide enhanced capabilities
Provide user-based training to groups and users on Jira and Confluence usage, administration, and operational user and maintenance of the system
Provide support as required to client administrators and users to ensure the success of an implemented solution

Qualifications & Skills:
3-5 years of experience with configuration and administration of Atlassian Products such as Jira Core, Jira Software, Confluence, and key 3rd party add-ons
Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC and Agile Frameworks
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables at any given time through effective time management and planning
Strong work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Travel Requirements:
Must have the willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately up to 50% of the time when deemed safe to do so to meet client needs.

For the state of New York only, the range of starting pay for this role is $130,000 - $160,000.

As required by California law under the California Equal Pay Act, Cprime provides a reasonable, good faith range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in California. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is $130,000- $160,000.

As required by Washington law under the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, Cprime provides a reasonable, good faith range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Washington. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Washington only, the range of starting pay for this role is $130,000- $160,000.

As required by Rhode Island law under the Pay Equity Law, Cprime provides a reasonable, good-faith range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Rhode Island. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Rhode Island only, the range of starting pay for this role is $130,000 - $160,000

Paid Holidays: Cprime provides six (6) paid standard Holidays, as well as a paid Holiday Company Shutdown from Christmas to New Years.

Paid Time off or Vacation: Cprime provides up to seventeen (17) days of paid time off per year (to be used for both vacation and/or sick time).

Parental Leave: Cprime provides four (4) weeks of paid parental leave if certain eligibility requirements are met.

Retirement Plans: Cprime offers the opportunity to participate in our 401(K) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date. A company match may be offered annually on a discretionary basis if certain eligibility requirements are met.

Other Compensation: Our bonus programs reward our people for their achievements and their contributions to our business. Cprime provides a monthly cell phone stipend and an annual health and wellness stipend to all full-time employees.
