What we are looking for
People Science is searching for a hungry, motivated, self-starter who is looking to crush their sales career, with the opportunity to earn, learn, and grow. We need a people person, who is a scrappy warrior, and who is relationship driven enough to get to a "yes".
This is a Business Development role that has the potential to grow into a Leadership role.
As our Business Development Executive aka Talent Solutions Advisor (TSA), you will be the first point-of-contact for our team, with the primary focus of identifying, engaging and enticing interest in our services to new clients. You will receive support and assistance from our team with efficient and timely processes and a wealth of knowledge and industry experience. In addition, our team cultivates an environment of open and continuous communication throughout our project’s processes, so we can provide our clients outstanding service. This allows us to continuously deliver the best, leading you to the awesome compensation you deserve.
What you would do:
Hunt new clients via technology lists, industry events, and our warm leads
Engage prospects in a B2B sales capacity
Introduce the value of new solutions to age old recruiting challenges
Cold call outreach to engage new clients
Receive incoming inquiries from marketing
Listen and learn clients’ challenges and expectations
Match People Science services to prospects needs
Once prospect is engaged, take the lead on introductions and coordination of sales activities
Set appointments to introduce People Science
Coordinate and attend sales events
What you need to have:
Successful sales experience attracting and engaging buyers
Naturally creativity to stand out and attract popular potential buyers
A natural sales and service mentality
The acumen to always act with integrity and put clients’ needs in the forefront
Comfortable engaging prospects in a B2B sales capacity
Experience with a sales CRM tool such as HubSpot
Eagerness to learn the talent industry
Previous recruiting or staffing services experience
Desire to add value to a growing company
Desire for professional growth through providing stellar services
