Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Communicate with leads from first contact to build rapport and set appointments
• Property Management Procedures and Processes
• Serve as liaison between sellers and title throughout escrow process
• Draft and distribute purchase contracts, wholesale assignments, contract amendments, etc.
• Track key details and tenant rents for buy and hold properties
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials and mailers
• Research market trends and create social media posts to generate follower engagement
• Maintain property tracking database for properties on the MLS
• Utilize CRM program for tracking daily tasks and leads to ensure follow up takes place quickly and efficiently amongst the entire Phix team
• Assist with management of Virtual Assistant
