Job Description
Jr Mortgage Bankers
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: M-F 7:30am-5pm (potential one 4hr Saturday shift a month)
Training Schedule: First 4 days M-F 8:00am-4:00pm
Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire
Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85256
Starts: 2/15
Key Responsibilities:
Call on mortgage leads to initiate contact with potential clients
Responsible for obtaining the basic information from the client, and transferring calls to licensed officers
Process phone applications as needed
Make up to 500 outbound dials a day on an automatic dialer
Respond to voicemails and emails within 24 hours
Basic Requirements:
No sales or mortgage experience necessary
High school Diploma
Looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who are determined to hit goals in order to achieve career growth and financial success
Must be a Resident of the surrounding area
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
