Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Answering high-value customer phone calls
-We sell high-end products to executives, athletes, celebrities, and high-performance individuals
-We need someone polite, energetic, and knowledgeable who represents the brand
-Outbound follow-up calls to VIP customers and wholesale opportunities.
-Managing invoices and orders within Shopify
-Learning our products inside and out to answer customer questions
-Efficiently and thoroughly answering emails on our CRM, Gorgias.
-We have lots of automation that will help, but we should always maintain the personal human touch.
-Reaching key performance metrics in terms of both quality and quantity of customer satisfaction
-Making judgments “on the fly” to resolve customer issues.
-General Requirements
-Strong verbal communication skills. Being very comfortable speaking on the phone.
-Excellent grammar and writing ability.
-Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
-The ability to learn quickly.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-A mindset of constant improvement and driving efficiency.
-Being very motivated and comfortable with a results-driven approach.

-Technical Requirements
-Previous experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or equivalent CRM.
-Excellent typing skills. Minimum 60 WPM.
-Solid skills with Microsoft Office (or Google Docs) & Spreadsheets.
