Job Description
The Loan Store is currently seeking a driven Regional Account Executive to develop a new network of independent and national broker partners in support of the Sales Team. You will develop strong relationships with mortgage brokers and work as a liaison with the operations staff.
Essential Job Functions:
Obtain all required paperwork from prospective brokers and properly onboard them into our systems once approved
Manage the onboarding and training process of broker, loan officers, and processors
Make sales calls to continue to solicit loan volume from each account routinely as well as maintaining existing broker partners
Present loan products and pricing to mortgage brokers and assist brokers in offering The Loan Store’s loan products for borrowers
Manages day-to-day operations of communications with broker, processor, or internal operations
Work with the sales team to develop a business plan and sales strategies for quick and successful growth of the assigned territory for overall productivity
Manages pipeline effectively to ensure timely flow
Represents The Loan Store in a professional manger at tradeshows, conferences, and other company related events.
Requirements:
At least three years of wholesale account executive experience
Driven, self motivated, organized, collaborative, and a team player attitude
Understands, supports, and complies with local, state, and federal rules and regulations associated with mortgage lending compliance
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, taking pride in client-centric service and communications
Self-started with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to develop with the company
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products
