Job Description
-BA/BS degree or 5+ years’ experience in the applicable area
-Ability to remotely partner with colleagues, Sales leaders and General ---Management to communicate status and assessment of customer contract documents needed for booking
-Experience working in a high-volume data entry role with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
-Demonstrated customer centricity attitude in a high volume environment
Strong communication skills
-Self-starter, minimal supervision in performing assigned tasks
-Ability to travel: 5%
Preferred
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position with matrix accountability preferred
-Experience working in Salesforce, CPQ, and SAP
-General understanding of, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, revenue recognition guidance, Internal Audit, regulatory controls, and business strategy
-Knowledge of post-signature capital contract processes, including installation, billing/revenue management and maintenance of equipment and how each of those processes are affected by pre-signature contract negotiations
