Endeavor HCBS is seeking energetic & FUN individuals in Phoenix and the surrounding community to join our Care Hero team!
New to In- Home Direct Support? Endeavor HCBS will certify and professionally train you to provide 1-on-1 in-home direct support to Members who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (i.e., autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, or epilepsy) ranging from mild to profound. You will become the coach, cheerleader, teacher, mentor, and an integral part of daily life in the community for our Members when you become a Direct Support Professional!
To be successful in this role you need to be supportive of Member abilities, have an empathetic manner, and offer care in a way that encourages independence, inclusion, and equality in the community.
