Job Description:
As a real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, and help them find the right property that meets their requirements. You will also be responsible for listing properties, marketing them effectively, and negotiating deals on behalf of your clients.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
List properties for sale or rent
Market properties effectively using various channels such as social media, email, and print advertising
Negotiate deals on behalf of clients
Attend open houses and show properties to potential buyers
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market
Requirements:
A valid Arizona real estate license (Or Looking to get a Arizona Real Estate License)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the local real estate market
Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in using technology such as CRM, MLS, and Microsoft Office
