Job Description
Being on time to job locations. Cleaning all household items entirely to a level of excellence. Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing toilets, bathrooms, cleaning furniture, kitchen, refrigerators, ovens, windows, mirrors, changing sheets.
Cleaning office equipment, desks, bathrooms, offices, throwing away trash, etc.
You are a 1099 employee meaning you will pay your own gas to and from locations, you will need to report your earnings to the IRS and pay your taxes, no medical, dental, vision insurance available. You will need to carry liability insurance on yourself. Must have form of transportation to job sites.
Spanish speaking only is ok.
