Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) -

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking for BHT's with a minimum of one-year SMI (Serious Mental Illness) experience. We have partnerships with hospitals, schools, group homes, behavioral health clinics and facilities all over the valley!

As a behavioral health technician (BHT), your job is to assist in the treatment of patients who have various behavioral problems, developmental disorders or mental illness. As a behavioral health technician, you will work directly with the patient to implement the treatment plan prescribed. This is a rewarding career as you have the ability to make positive impacts on the lives of many!

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide direct care to behavioral health patients
Conduct patient safety checks
Assist in maintaining a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment
Recognize and react appropriately to patients displaying aggressive behavior, acting as a danger to themselves or others, or are in a crisis or medical emergency
Chart observations according to facility policy and procedure
Be receptive to guidance and direction from Lead Behavioral Health Technicians or Site Supervisor
Assists in admitting and discharging patients by performing contraband checks and accurately documenting patient belongings for discharge return.
All applicants MUST have the following credentials:

Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR and First Aid Card
TB Test (done in the last 6 months)
Physical (done in the last 6 months)
CPI Blue Card (updated in the last 12 months)
Updated Resume
Diploma or Transcripts
2 forms of government issued identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Social Security Card, Birth certificate, residence card, etc.)
