IT Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled IT technician to join our team in Vero Beach, FL 32960. As an IT technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various hardware and software systems in our office. You will also provide technical support and assistance to our staff and clients as needed.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of an IT technician are:

- Set up and configure new computers, printers, scanners, phones, and other devices
- Install and update software applications and antivirus programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network connectivity, email, internet access, and other systems
- Perform regular backups and data recovery
- Document and report any technical problems or incidents
- Train and educate users on how to use various IT tools and best practices

To be a successful IT technician, you should have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A certification or degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- At least two years of experience as an IT technician or a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on-call and during weekends if needed
