Full Job Description
We are seeking Jewelry Sales Professionals who will become integral parts of our team! Jewelry Sales Professionals are responsible for selling products and services in a retail setting in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We actively promote from within our company and are continuously looking to give more responsibility to our professionals who exceed expectations and who seek to grow and flourish professionally within our company.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs

Explain products and services to customers

Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock

Enter and process customer orders

Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Identify repair work that is needed on various types of jewelry, calculate cost of repair work, and present confidently to clients in a way that is understandable.

Qualifications: The desire to succeed

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic arithmetic skills

Ability to use a computer and smart phone
