Primary Responsibilities:

We have a fleet of 19 vehicles:

Greet customers and welcome them to our company, and provide 5 star service to those who wish to help our business
Answering customer phone calls, providing courtesy and professional service for our customers
Answering questions from customers
Accepting work orders and corresponding with vendors as well as with customers through the daily emails
Vendor Portals: Accept work orders and communicate on a daily basis
Providing our technicians with the information that they need to complete their job (i.e. customer specifications, specific directions, special pricing)
Maintain current location and status of each technician
