Dean of Students (Grades 7-12)

10-Month position funded through the duration of the ESSER II Grant (ends December 2024); Salary $52,000 - $60,000 based on experience and education. The position location will be at Beaver Dam Jr/Sr High School, 3475 E. Rio Virgin Rd., Beaver Dam, AZ 86432.

Qualifications:

Education:
• A Master’s Degree in Education

Experience:
• Extensive knowledge of curriculum, instructional and administrative theory, and applied practice.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Five (5) or more years of demonstrated success in teaching and/or administration.
• Bilingual-Spanish/English (written/verbal) preferred.

License or Certificate:
• Appropriate License: Certified Secondary Teacher, SEI Endorsement, Administrative or Educational Leadership Certification preferred.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
