Responsibilities:
Host Open Houses: Showcase properties and create memorable experiences for potential buyers.
Time Block Prospect Calling: Set aside dedicated time to proactively reach out to leads and prospects, building relationships and converting them into clients.
Call & Convert Leads & Prospects: Follow up on leads and prospects, utilizing your sales skills to convert them into qualified clients.
Document Every Call and Update Pipeline Stages: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update the pipeline stages accordingly for effective tracking and follow-up.
Master Scripts, Use the Tools, and Know the Market: Embrace ongoing learning tools to master sales scripts, leverage cutting-edge technology, and stay updated on market trends, building confidence in your knowledge and expertise.
Schedule Showings and Show Homes: Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring that clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Handle Objections and Provide Professional Advice to Clients: Address client concerns and objections professionally, offering expert guidance and solutions to facilitate successful transactions.
Write and Negotiate Offers: Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the process.
Attend Home Inspections and Assist with the BINSR: Accompany clients during home inspections and provide support in navigating the Buyer's Inspection Notice and Seller's Response (BINSR) process.
Qualifications:
Arizona Real Estate License: A valid Arizona Real Estate License is required to perform the duties of this role.
Arizona Real Estate Sales Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, demonstrating your familiarity with the local market and sales process.
Lead Conversion to Closed Contract Experience (Preferred): Experience in successfully converting leads into closed contracts is advantageous, highlighting your ability to close deals and drive results.
Positive Attitude and Willingness to Develop Your Skill Set: A positive attitude, coupled with a strong desire to continuously develop and improve your skills, is crucial for success in this role.
