Previous Solar Sales Experience
Self-Managing and Self-Motivated
We only hire experienced solar sales reps in Arizona. We operate on a very thin margin to pass on an extremely low redline to our sales force. We pay our reps on a $1.95 redline.

If you already know what you’re doing and don’t need a manager supervising your daily productivity, there is no reason to give up a huge chunk of the margin to your company and your manager.
