Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Barbershop Shop Attendant to join our team. As a Barbershop Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for answering phones, checking out customers, taking inventory, doing light laundry and supporting the needs of our barbers.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule appointments
Greet and check out customers, ensuring a positive customer experience
Respond to text messages from customers in the POS system
Take inventory and restock supplies as needed
Do light laundry, including washing towels and stocking towel warmers/coolers
Sweeping hair regularly from barber stations
Maintain a clean and organized shop environmentPerform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling cash and inventory
Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturday
Experience in a barbershop or salon environment is preferred but not required. We value a positive attitude and willingness to learn above all else.
