As a Business Development Manager, your role will include creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships with realtors in your local markets. This is a great opportunity for people looking break into the mortgage industry. Be in a team environment while learning the most sought-after trait in the business⦠communication.
Responsibilities:
Host multiple appointments with interested realtors daily via Zoom and/or cell phone
Act as the primary point of contact with Realtors.
Provide exceptional customer service to all parties involved in every transaction.
Attend company-sponsored educational events as well as host Business Development happy hours in your local area.
Daily monitoring of referral files to be sure each transaction is moving in a timely manner.
Daily maintenance of the corporate-sponsored customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Research and collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Traits:
Management of customer relationship management systems (CRMs).
Negotiation and persuasion skills are a must.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work with a deadline.
Detail-oriented.
Must be a self-starter and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Highly organized.
Should be able to quickly deliberate and resolve obstacles.
Knowledge of BNTouch CRM is a plus.
