HustleWBalance Studio is a reverse recruitment and talent management hub. Employers upload their hiring needs in our database and we work to fill their roles through sourcing, recruiting, screening, and coaching candidates prior to submitting them to the hiring manager.

Job Details

This is a great opportunity for recruiters to earn extra income and advance their recruitment skills in multiple industries. At HustleWBalance Studio, you get paid $2K - $10K per hire for referring qualified candidates to companies listed in our database.
For every referral made, your candidate will be entered into the interview process for the respective roles they qualify for and tracked within the database. If hired, you receive the referral bonus! There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can make, and you can withdraw your earnings weekly once you've made a successful placement. Recruiters get paid weekly for interview submissions and monthly for job placements.

Requirements:

Proactive, ability to work independently, and self-motivated
Recruitment & sales experience
Ability to effectively communicate opportunities to your network
You should be well-connected and have a good understanding of the startup landscape
A drive to earn extra income by referring top talent to great startups

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential job candidates and refer them to jobs in our recruitment deck
Follow up with candidates to ensure they are interested in the position
Coach candidates on interview strategies, resume building, and professional branding. We pride ourselves in submitting vetted coached talent that increases the rate of success for jobseekers
Maintain relationships with candidates and account managers to encourage future referrals
Connect candidates with account managers and help facilitate the interview process
