Full Job Description
We are looking for a new addition to Zeros Barbershop!

We are a local Phoenix company that cares about its employees and their careers. We believe in fostering a fun, fair, and creative environment. We look for people that want a long working relationship with continuing advancement.

We are looking for professionals who specialize in men's hair and can perform a variety of grooming services.

Responsibilities:

Assess hair and scalp health and recommend treatments and products
Consult with clients and advise hairstyle and hair treatment options
Cut and style hair to clients specifications
Maintain salon sanitation and health standards, including cleaning and disinfecting workstations
Trim and groom clients facial hair with combs, razors, scissors and clippers
Process client payments
Do your part to maintain a fun, ethical workplace for a diverse staff of talented artists and support staff

Meet social media goals and capture your high quality technical skills with photos and videos.Barbers may perform a range of tasks related to hair cutting and styling but may also perform administrative tasks and managerial duties if they are in a supervisory or ownership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
