We are looking for a full-time insurance sales representative with the sales skills to build relationships with our clients while tailoring their specific requirements with our services. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to explain complex insurance policies simply and understandably.

Responsibilities
Utilize excellent relationship-building talents while building clientele via warm leads, obtaining referrals, and networking.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals.
Close sales
Shop renewals based on business updates and plans and current market conditions.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements
Must have an active Arizona Property and Casualty License
2-year commercial lines insurance experience
Knowledge of Agency Management Systems
Detail-oriented, out-of-the-box problem solver
Ability to take independently prioritize the day and tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
