About Us:
Honshin Fine Art is comprised of two galleries at Tlaquepaque Arts Village in Sedona, AZ representing Sedona/Arizona artists. Each artist embodies the natural energy of their medium and work together to create the gallery atmosphere of Wholeness, Harmony, and Radiance.
At our gallery, we carry artists who have mastery in painting, poetry, ceramics, sculpture, origami, and jewelry. In their disciplines they all have developed skills that are extraordinary, exemplifying our brand “You have never seen anything like this before!”™

Responsibilities & Duties:
Ability to follow a schedule
Having an understanding of retail sales and customer service.
Represent the Honshin Fine Art brand and the artists in the gallery through professional communication and personal presentation.
General gallery duties (including but not limited to artwork upkeep, gallery cleaning)
Event planning, preparation, and participation.
Assist in artwork collection representation and management of inventory.
Coordinating with the Gallery Manager on current projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Great organizational skills.
Ability and desire to work effectively with a team.
Retail/sales experience preferred.
Computer skills preferred not mandatory.
Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift and maneuver artwork (up to 25lbs) effectively and safely.
Ability to handle prolonged periods of standing, squatting, and bending.
Ability to travel locally.
Ability to work a 10 hour shift.
Job Summary:
Job Type: Sales position 20 hours up to full-time (40 hours a week)
Pay: Depending on experience begins at $16 - $20 / hr Training is paid at $15 per hour.
Gallery Schedule: Two locations at Tlaquepaque both open 10a-6p (7) days week – High season and events may extend later into the evening.
Reliable form of transportation to work is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our team and patrons as safe as possible, our physical galleries allow masks and will provide masks and hand cleaner. Special cleaning done once a week with air machines and sanitizing cleaners.
