Mortgage Loan Processor

Full time position offered. Compensation package range from $40k - $45k, depending on experience. Insurance benefits available. Looking to fill immediately. Job responsibilities to include:

- Correspond with borrowers regarding their loans.

- Manage payment and deposits.

- Communicate with title and escrow companies regarding payoffs.

- Analyze the loan portfolio and ensure all files are complete.

- Handling post-closing communications and requirements.

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Need experience in MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry Skills
