Customer Service Representative

Summary:
Customer Service Representative up to $60,000.00-$70,000.00 + Benefits
*Must have Manufacturing Industry Experience for Consideration*

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customer contacts and assures customer satisfaction with a positive attitude, timely response, and attention to detail.
Responsible for customer order entry and order confirmation.
Collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Planning, Quality and Purchasing. Provides customer status on high visibility orders while tracking internally.
Proactively manages on-time delivery metrics through internal coordination and record keeping.

Supports sales team by processing quotations and proposals including pricing updates, termination charges, and leadership approvals for customer submittals.

Provides office support including but not limited to answering phones, general filing, and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment
