Setter Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Experienced setters preferred but not required.
• Bilingual setters preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to work in a competitive team atmosphere.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self driven, money motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must have the ability to critically think and overcome objections

Pay:
50/50 splits with closer for every residential set appointment that closes + monthly and quarterly incentives+Tesla incentive

Avg closed appointments for Residential $1,800-$3,500 per deal
$115,000- $150,000 first year potential


50/50 splits with closer for every Commercial set appointment that closes + monthly and quarterly incentives+Tesla incentive

Avg closed appointments for Commercial $3,500-$8,500 per deal


Schedule: • Monday to Friday, occassional Weekends
