3. **Estimates and Approvals:** Provide accurate cost estimates for services, obtain customer approvals, and ensure transparency in pricing.
4. **Work Orders:** Create detailed work orders, specify repair tasks, and coordinate with technicians to ensure proper execution.
5. **Quality Control:** Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
6. **Inventory Management:** Maintain inventory of parts and materials needed for mobile repairs, ordering as necessary to ensure timely service.
7. **Technical Support:** Serve as a liaison between customers and our mobile technicians, assisting with technical explanations and resolving any service-related issues.
8. **Billing and Payments:** Handle invoicing, collect payments, and provide customers with clear explanations of charges.
9. **Customer Follow-up:** Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs, follow up on service satisfaction, and address any post-service concerns.
10. **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and financial transactions.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a service writer or manager in the automotive industry.
