Travel Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. As a Remote Vacation Planner you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel planning services to our clients, including booking flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, theme park tickets and so much more.

No Sales Minimum or Sales Quota



Responsibilities:

Work with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences.
Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
· Provide recommendations and advice on travel destinations, activities, and attractions.
· Manage travel itineraries and make changes as necessary.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
· Stay up to date on travel trends and industry developments.
· Process payments and maintain accurate records of client transactions.
Maintain relationships with travel partners
Work well in a group/team setting
Complete required certification within a timely manner
Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
Requirements:

· Strong communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Passion for travel and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry
· Have reliable internet access
· Have smartphone or computer
· Must be a United States citizen and reside in the United States OR Live in US, Mexico, or Australia
