What’s the role?
Our Independent Agent Development Program is an opportunity to build your own book of business while being mentored by some of the top mentors in the industry. This position offers a ownership, business development, commission and is 100% remote position. While in the development program you will be educating families and providing them the right protection, however there’s so much more to it than that! You will also establish relationships with industry partners and continually build new business. You’re coming at this with insurance experience, so you’re ready to hit the ground running to build your book of business and create equity. You will be doing this with the support of one of the largest independent agencies in the country behind you every step of the way. We will educate you and train you to help you improve on the business and yourself!
Responsibilities include:
Consistently generating new business on your own, being sure to meet monthly goals
Continually adding referral sources in order to gain leads
Educating potential clients on their insurance needs and finding the right policies for them
Preparing and presenting proposals to clients
Following company policies and ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements
Who are you?
You have experience working in the insurance industry or have an excellent sales experience background with a track record of success (Not Required)
You have an outgoing and energetic personality. You enjoy going out and have a passion for helping families and individuals.
You pride yourself on your ability to build strong relationships.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a self-sustaining revenue stream.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You possess a strong initiative, sense of self-direction, and are goal oriented.
You are organized, have fierce attention to detail, and are dedicated to quality.
You possess an eagerness to learn. And be Coachable to the trainings and education the company provides

Compensation Package:
This career opportunity offers a base salary, a great commission structure, and a set growth plan to help you succeed.
