Successful individuals will join our team on a 1099 commission-based arrangement. As a representative, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. This role offers the flexibility to work independently while enjoying the support and resources of a dedicated team. Qualifications:

-Minimum qualification of a High School Diploma.
-Valid and active life & health insurance license or just a life insurance license in any state will be a plus
-Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations
