Requirements:

1.) Must have a current HIS sales license or application in progress.
2.) Experience working in house with potential customers.
3.) Must have own vehicle.
4.) Previous experience in home improvement sales is good but no require.
5.) Ability to effectively close sales in a homeowners residence.
6.) Bilingual is a plus. (any language) help you own community.

Responsibilities:

1.) Conduct in-house consultations with potential customers.
2.) Explain benefits of having a good roof.
3.) Provide personalized solutions based on customers needs.
4.) Close sales and achieve targets.
5.) Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
6.) Must be motivated to learn how to sale home improvements .
