Job Opportunity:
Full-Time Weekend Shift Remote Position (Friday - Tuesday)

We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, remote sales environment to join our team for a full-time weekend shift (Friday - Tuesday). This position involves taking incoming calls from customers and travel advisors looking to book worldwide rail vacation packages. The Account Executive is responsible for handling customer and travel agent inquiries promptly and effectively. They are expected to follow up with customers regularly to maximize lead potential. Responsibilities and Duties:
As a Full-Time Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and foster strong relationships with our clients. Your duties will include:
Provide an excellent experience on calls to maximize booking potential, drive customer loyalty and referrals.
Consistently achieve individual sales and performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, expertise, and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
Ask relevant questions to understand clients travel preferences, needs, and budget to suggest the perfect travel experience.
Assist customers from the point of enquiry through to their departure date.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails
Participate and engage in weekly team training and small group coaching sessions.
Advise all clients concerning sales specials and promotions.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Detail oriented and capable of multitasking, managing multiple client enquiries simultaneously.
Positive attitude and desire for personal development with a passion for exceeding targets.
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly master new systems and programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent telephone manner.
